The Quality Control Officer at "Balex – SP" is monitoring all the stages of the production process daily and monitors the compliance of the technology for each individual product. The materials that are used in the "My Secret" napkins are produced by leading and established global companies and all of them are accompanied by the appropriate quality control certificates.

All "My Secret" products have been tested according to product quality standards for intimate women's hygiene. Each produced batch is controlled by laboratories authorized by the Ministry of Health. The whole range of products is subjected to microbiological tests to avoid the risk of contamination with unacceptable micro-organisms and pathogens as well as the prevention of undesirable allergic reactions. Our company has an in-built quality control system for the used materials and manufactured products.
